Please check your Airline carrier's website for up to date flight status and travel waiver policies.

If your flight is canceled or delayed:
Notify American Express Vacations Customer Care immediately at 1-800-335-3342, prompt #4 during normal business hours or prompt #2 after hours, so we can ensure that your hotel accommodations will be available upon arrival.
