Check out CinemaCon on a Las Vegas vacation

Las Vegas is often referred to as the entertainment capital of the world, so it should go without saying that there is something to occupy the time of every type of traveler. While swimmers enjoy the pools and night owls check out the lavish clubs, movie buffs can spend their time this spring at one of the most important conventions in the film industry - CinemaCon.

Any worker employed in the field, including those in film distribution, marketing, design, production, construction and more, should consider this event as part of their Las Vegas vacation. Attendees will not only be able to network with theater owners and filmmakers, but even spot a few famous faces, as well.

Check out the many goings-on at the four-day event like studio presentations, screenings of upcoming films and of course, the trade show. Also, visit a few of the industry-related discussions to learn some of its history, as well as what is in store for the future of film.

At the end of the convention, make sure to see the Coca-Cola CinemaCon Big Screen Achievement Awards, which will honor Hollywood stars for their hard work.

CinemaCon will be held in Las Vegas from March 28 to 31.
